In this intensive training course, OASIS originator Millie Grenough will present the OASIS philosophy and strategies in depth. She will guide you in intensifying your own personal experience of the OASIS Strategies so that you will feel comfortable sharing them with others.

Each of the four OASIS Strategies invites you to become more aware of yourself on multiple levels: physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. Each Strategy is an invitation to become deeply aware, take action in that precise moment, and create “good grooves” – healthy neural pathways – for the long run.

In the Training:

  • you will experience, embody, and master the essential OASIS Strategies
  • you will have the opportunity to experience variations of the strategies and to know when/where/how to use each
  • you will learn how to re-wire your own brain towards health and happiness
  • you will develop the confidence and enthusiasm to teach those skills to others.

The Training fee includes the TeleTraining Instruction, all course materials, and ongoing support from the OASIS Community. Course materials for the Total Training include:

  • OASIS in the Overwhelm, 160-page book
  • 21-page OASIS Training Manual
  • 55-minute DVD Training Module: Millie presenting OASIS to a large group
