Joel has over 20 years experience as a large business owner and as a commercial real estate broker. Joel has been a professional coach for the past six years helping many clients to recognize their “blind spots” and see the barriers that they have created to recognizing their own excellence and abilities. Joel says, “We humans are hard-wired and once we are aware of our wiring, it is possible to make a change where change did not seem possible previously”.

Joel is currently on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Chapter of the International Coach Federation. He is very active in Rotary, New Haven Chamber of Commerce and is a Master Mason in Cosmopolitan Lodge in New Haven.
